Product Description Of TJA1101AHN

The TJA110x Automotive Ethernet PHYs are 100BASE-T1 compliant dual-port PHYs optimised for use in a variety of automotive applications. These PHYs provide 100Mbit/s transmit/receive capability over only two unshielded twisted-pair cables and support cables up to 15 m. The TJA110x PHYs are designed to achieve automotive-grade ruggedness and ultra-low power consumption, as well as reduced system costs.
