Shenzhen Mingjiada Electronics Co., Ltd. introduces the new Qorvo QM42639SR 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi 7 Front-End Module
The Qorvo QM42639SR front-end module is designed for Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) systems. The small form factor and integrated matching capabilities minimise the layout area in the application.
Performance focuses on optimising the power amplifier for a wide supply voltage range (3.0 V < Vcc < 5.0 V). Multiple Wi-Fi and BT TX modes enable optimisation of output power, linearity and power dissipation, saving power while maintaining the highest linear output power and leading throughput. The receive path uses best-in-class technology to maximise receive sensitivity by maintaining consistent noise figure performance over a wider range of conditions.
Integrated chip-level filters filter out 2nd and 3rd harmonics and suppress 5 GHz frequencies for DBDC operation. The integrated power coupler enables closed-loop power control and DPD optimisation. The QM42639 combines a multi-TX-state 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi power amplifier (PA) (also used in the HP BT), a single-pole, four-throw (SP4T) ANT switch, a bypassable low-noise amplifier (LNA) with multiple RX states, and the power coupler into a single device.
