Introducing:
The SCIOSENSE ENS160 is a digital multi-gas sensor solution with four sensor elements based on metal oxide (MOX) technology.
With independent hot plate control, a wide range of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) including ethanol, toluene, hydrogen and oxidising gases can be detected with high sensitivity.The ENS160 supports intelligent algorithms that process the raw measurements from the sensors on the chip. These algorithms calculate CO2 equivalent, TVOC, Air Quality Index (AQI), and perform humidity and temperature compensation and baseline management, all on-chip.
Raw sensor measurements can be read for further customisation. The LGA-packaged device includes SPI and I²C slave interfaces to communicate with the main host processor.
The ENS160 uses proven maintenance-free technology and is designed for high capacity and reliability.
