AFRX5G372T4 is an integrated multi-chip module designed for TD-LTE and 5G mMIMO applications. It consists of a T/R switch, a two-stage low-noise amplifier, and support circuitry. The amplifier and supporting circuitry for 5 V supply and 1.8 V logic level T/R control. The device has Tx and Rx modes that are controlled by T/R logic signals.
