The MIMXRT1064CVJ5B is a crossover microcontroller (Crossover MCU) in NXP’s i.MX RT1064 series. Based on the Arm® Cortex®-M7 core and operating at up to 600MHz, it is one of the first i.MX RT devices in the industry to integrate on-chip flash memory. This chip combines high-performance computing with real-time responsiveness, positioning itself between traditional MCUs and MPUs. It delivers microprocessor-level processing performance at a lower cost and with lower power consumption, making it suitable for applications with stringent requirements for real-time performance, computational density, and system integration.
