AD9751ASTZ Product Overview

The AD9751ASTZ is a dual-port multiplexed, ultra-high-speed, single-channel 10-bit CMOS digital-to-analog converter (DAC) introduced by Analog Devices (ADI), part of the ADI high-speed TxDAC+ product family. This device integrates a high-quality 10-bit TxDAC+ core, voltage references, and digital interface circuitry into a compact 48-pin LQFP package, delivering excellent AC and DC performance while supporting update rates of up to 300 MSPS.

The AD9751ASTZ is optimized for ultra-high-speed applications where data rates exceed the capabilities of a single-port DAC. Its digital interface includes two buffered latches and control logic. An internal clock-doubling PLL drives the DAC latches at twice the speed of the external clock, enabling data interleaving between the two input channels and achieving an output data rate equal to twice the combined data rate of the two input channels. The device is manufactured using an advanced 0.35-μm CMOS process, operates on a single 3.0 V to 3.6 V power supply, and consumes only 155 mW of power.
