1 Description:

The BQ25306RTER is a highly integrated, stand-alone, switch-mode battery charger for 1-cell and 2-cell Li-Ion, Li-Polymer and Li-FePO4 batteries. The BQ25306RTER is available in a 3x3 WQFN package for 2-tier layouts and space-constrained applications.

• 92.5% charge efficiency at 2A with 1 cell 5V input
• 91.8% charge efficiency at 2A with 1 cell 9V input

• Single input, supports USB input and high voltage adapters
• Supports 4.1V to 17V input voltage range with an absolute maximum input voltage rating of 28V
• Input voltage dynamic power management (VINDPM) tracks battery voltage
• Highly integrated
• Integrated reverse blocking and synchronous switching MOSFETs
• Internal input and charge current sensing
• Internal loop compensation
• Integrated bootstrap diode
• 3.4V to 9.0V programmable charge voltage
