Chip Description

The Qualcomm® QCS603 SoC is a high-performance IoT system-on-chip (SoC) that integrates key features for building advanced use cases, including machine learning, edge computing, sensor processing, voice UI enablement and integrated wireless connectivity.

 

The 10nm QCS603 SoC is designed to provide powerful computational capabilities for on-device camera processing and machine learning with excellent power consumption and thermal efficiency for a wide range of IoT applications. It integrates a powerful Image Signal Processor (ISP) and Qualcomm® Artificial Intelligence (AI) engine, as well as a heterogeneous computing architecture that includes low-power, highly optimised custom CPUs, GPUs and DSPs.

 

The QCS603 SoC also features Qualcomm® noise and echo cancellation, as well as advanced on-device audio analysis and processing to support natural language processing, audio speech recognition, and "barge-in" functionality to provide a reliable voice interface even in noisy environments or when the user is away from the device.
