Recycle [Melexis] Current Sensors, Mingjiada——Recycle IMC-Hall® Current Sensors, Smart IVT Shunt, Conventional Hall Current Sensors
Shenzhen Mingjiada Electronics Co., Ltd. is a terminal recycler of electronic devices, mainly recycling: IC ICs, 5G chips, new energy ICs, IoT chips, Bluetooth chips, automotive chips, AI ICs, Ethernet ICs, memory chips, sensors, IGBT modules and a series of other products.
[Mingjiada Electronics] Long Term Recycle Melexis Current Sensors, Recycle IMC-Hall® Current Sensors, Smart IVT Shunt, Conventional Hall Current Sensors, etc. Below is information about these products:
1. IMC-Hall® Current Sensors.
Melexis' IMC-Hall® current sensors utilise the original IMC-Hall technology, which provides denser power electronics integration while reducing system cost.IMC-Hall® current sensors have isolated current measurement capability with a range of 2000A or more, and are suitable for smart vehicle systems such as redundancy monitoring, overcurrent detection, and phase current measurement in traction inverters and boost/recovery inverters. In addition, IMC-Hall® current sensors support user-defined filtering to optimise resolution, response time and bandwidth, as well as built-in diagnostic functions, including broken wire detection.
2. Intelligent IVT shunts.
Melexis' intelligent IVT (Current, Voltage, Temperature) shunts, such as the MLX91230 and MLX91231, are ASIL C safety certified. These smart shunts have integrated IVT measurement functions, a built-in microcontroller (MCU) to reduce the processing burden on the ECU, and pre-installed safety features. They are suitable for use in critical vehicle functions such as battery management systems (BMS), smart fuses and high-voltage charging systems, providing highly accurate and reliable current, voltage and temperature measurements.
3. Conventional Hall Current Sensors.
Melexis also offers conventional Hall current sensors that use the Hall effect principle for current measurement. They are typically suitable for low speed applications such as battery and DCDC conversion output monitoring. Conventional Hall current sensors are available in a variety of package types, such as SOIC8 packages and SIP4-VA packages, to meet the needs of different applications. In addition, Melexis' conventional Hall current sensors are available with a variety of programmable features such as sensitivity, offset, on-chip filtering, temperature compensation, etc. to meet specific customer requirements.
Recycle Specific Process:
1. You can simply classify your IC/module stocks and identify the model, brand, production date, quantity, etc.
2. Please send your inventory list to our evaluation team by fax or e-mail.
3. When you receive the purchase offer from one of our professionals, we can negotiate the specific transaction method and delivery and reach an agreement.
4. We only recycle from regular channels, such as agents, traders, and factories, and do not accept irregular sources.
Formal Channel Sources: Mingjiada Electronics only recycles formal channel sources, such as agents, traders, terminal factories, etc. We do not accept informal channel sources.
