IMX811-AAQR: Colour RGB version, 247.04MP effective pixels (19240×12800), 2.81μm square pixels, on-chip 24dB programmable PGA, 12/14/16-bit ADC options, SLVS-EC high-speed interface, 16-bit output at 5.3 fps across all pixels, 12-bit output up to 12.4 fps, LGA package with AR-coated protective glass; commonly used in high-precision industrial area-scan inspection, large-scale surveying, high-end machine vision, and 8K industrial imaging equipment.
IMX811-AAMR: Monochrome version, featuring the same sensor surface and pixel configuration. Delivers high-contrast monochrome imaging, suitable for semiconductor wafer inspection, PCB defect scanning, precision dimensional measurement and scientific imaging equipment; serves as a core component for industrial FA cameras.
2. Sony IMX06A (1-inch sensor size, rolling shutter, 50.3MP)
A 1-inch optical format back-illuminated rolling shutter image sensor with an ultra-high resolution of 50.3 million pixels.
