Description

The MAX25221BATJ/V provides symmetrical positive AVDD and negative NAVDD supplies as well as VGON and VGOFF gate supplies for automotive-grade 4-channel TFT-LCD power supply ICs. The MAX25221B also integrates a VCOM buffer with an output voltage range above and below the ground voltage, and a temperature measurement module.

The MAX25221BATJ/V is AEC-Q100 compliant, is available in a TQFN32 package, and is designed to operate over the -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
