Microchip's ATWINC3400-MR210CA143 is an IEEE 802.11 b/g/n plus Bluetooth 5 core specification Internet of Things (IoT) network controller module. Ideal as a plug-in to existing microcontroller (MCU) solutions, it provides Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) networking functionality via an SPI to Wi-Fi interface.The ATWINC3400 connects to any Microchip PIC® or SAM MCU with minimal resource requirements. MCU host drivers can be found in the Advanced Software Framework (ASF) and MPLAB(r) Harmony v3.

The ATWINC3400-MR210CA143's most advanced mode is the single-stream 1 x 1 802.11n mode. The ATWINC3400 features fully integrated power amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers, switches, and power management functions. The only external clock source required for the ATWINC3400 is a high-speed crystal or oscillator.The ATWINC3400 is available in a 36-pin module measuring 22.4 x 14.7 mm.
