Description Of REF3425IDBVR

The REF3425IDBVR device is a low-temperature-drift (6ppm/°C), low-power, high-accuracy CMOS voltage reference with ±0.05% initial accuracy, low operating current, and less than 95μA power consumption. The device also offers ultra-low output noise of 3.8 μVp-p/V, which allows it to maintain high signal integrity when used as a high-resolution data converter in noise-critical systems.

The REF34xx series is compatible with most ADCs and DACs, such as the ADS1287, DAC8802, and ADS1112.

The device's low output voltage hysteresis and low long-term output voltage drift further improve stability and system reliability. In addition, the device's small size and low operating current (95µA) make it ideal for portable and battery-powered applications.
