Shenzhen Mingjiada Electronics Co., Ltd. new original sale STMicroelectronics high-performance MCU STM32H750IBK6 Based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M7 32-bit RISC core, the operating frequency up to 400MHz.

 

STM32H750IBK6 Device Description:

This MCU features high-speed embedded memory with up to 2 MB of dual-area Flash, 1 MB of RAM (including 192 KB of TCM RAM, 864 KB of user SRAM, and 4 KB of backup SRAM). In addition, the device features a variety of enhanced I/O and peripherals connected to the APB bus, AHB bus, 2x32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix, and a multi-layer AXI interconnect that supports internal and external memory access.

 

The device features three ADCs, two DACs, two ultra-low-power comparators, a low-power RTC, a high-resolution timer, 12 general-purpose 16-bit timers, two PWM timers for motor control, five low-power timers, and a true random number generator (RNG). The device supports four digital filters for external sigma-delta modulators (DFSDM) and features standard and advanced communication interfaces.
