Device Description

The SI8441BB-D-IS1R's ultra-low power digital isolators are CMOS devices that offer significant advantages over traditional isolation technologies in terms of data rate, propagation delay, power consumption, size, reliability and external BOM. The operating parameters of these products remain stable over a wide temperature range throughout their service life. For ease of design, only VDD bypass capacitors are required.
