The SMB-2352 is a fully programmable integrated battery charger and system power manager designed for dual-cell lithium-ion and lithium-polymer battery packs. The SMB-2352's efficient switch-mode operation reduces thermal dissipation while delivering higher current output capability (up to 6 A) within the same package size, enabling simultaneous power delivery to the battery, system, or both. This series supports three operating modes—buck, buck-boost, and boost—to accommodate diverse power sources for charging and power delivery. It features an input voltage tolerance up to 28V and supports seamless multi-port expansion.
