SAL-TC399XX-256F300S BD Processor Cores:
- Core Architecture: AURIX™ TriCore™ 32-bit processor, utilising a superscalar Harvard architecture with six independent CPU cores (CPU0–CPU5) paired with four latch-checker cores (Checker Cores), effectively enhancing system safety and reliability whilst preventing common-cause failures.
- Clock Speed: 300 MHz; individual core performance reaches 2.3 DMIPS/MHz. With all six cores operating at full speed, the total computing power is exceptional. It supports parallel execution of processes, enabling efficient handling of multi-task real-time control requirements.
- Computational Capabilities: Supports floating-point operations (compliant with the IEEE-754 single-precision standard) and fixed-point operations. Features built-in multiply-accumulate (MAC) instructions, capable of executing 2 FLOPs per cycle (pipeline), making it suitable for complex control algorithms and signal processing tasks.
- Architectural Features: Features a 6-stage pipelined design, supports little-endian byte order, and is equipped with a time protection system to ensure time determinism in real-time operations. It also supports a Memory Protection Unit (MPU) to enhance system stability.

 

SAL-TC399XX-256F300S BD Storage Specifications:
- Flash memory: 16 MB capacity, supporting ECC error correction, enabling the stable storage of large volumes of control programmes and data, ensuring the accuracy of data transmission and storage, and meeting long-term operational requirements.
- SRAM: 6912 kB (approx. 6.9 MB), including a cache, also supporting ECC error correction, providing high-speed data read/write capabilities to meet the high-frequency data interaction demands of real-time control.

- Ethernet interface: 1 x 1 Gbit/s Ethernet interface, supporting high-speed network communication, suitable for automotive central domain controllers and industrial Ethernet control scenarios, enabling coordinated operation between multiple devices.
