The 4DIR2400HAXUMA1 (with 2 forward channels) quad-channel digital isolator is AEC-Q100 certified and provides robust, enhanced isolation for high-voltage automotive applications. Four data channels simplify high-power density designs and improve system efficiency with low power consumption. With a wide supply voltage range, active high output enable and default low output state, it is ideally suited for automotive SMPS applications requiring enhanced isolation.
