The EVAL-CN0363-PMDZ is a dual-channel colorimeter featuring a modulated light source emitter, programmable gain transimpedance amplifiers for each channel, and an ultra-low-noise 24-bit sigma-delta analogue-to-digital converter. The ADC output connects to an FPGA via a standard PMOD interface. The FPGA receives ADC sample data and executes synchronous detection algorithms. By employing a modulated light source and digital synchronous detection technology (rather than a constant DC light source), the system effectively suppresses noise sources outside the modulation frequency, achieving exceptional measurement accuracy.

This dual-channel circuit forms the fundamental principle underlying numerous chemical analysis and environmental monitoring instruments.
