Based on an ARM® Cortex-M3 microcontroller as its logic core, the device integrates 17 power supply fault detectors (SFDs), a 12-bit ADC, 9 8-bit DACs, and a black-box non-volatile fault logging feature, and supports configuration via an intuitive graphical user interface (GUI). For systems requiring more power rails (up to 257), up to 16 ADM1266 devices can be synchronized.
