The VI4330 is a single-photon image sensor integrating a 76.8K-pixel (320 rows x 240 columns) SPAD detector array with 3D imaging circuitry. Leveraging VisionICs' single-photon detection technology and direct time-of-flight (dToF) technology, the VI4330 outputs centimeter-accurate 3D point cloud data and depth maps. This SoC provides a high-performance, low-cost solution for solid-state LiDAR and 3D imaging.
