The Zynq™ UltraScale+™ RFSoC ZCU111 Evaluation Kit (EK-U1-ZCU111-G-J) is a professional development platform for high-performance RF applications launched by AMD (formerly Xilinx). Based on the Zynq UltraScale+ RFSoC XCZU28DR device, this kit deeply integrates high-performance data converters, an ARM processor subsystem, and UltraScale+ programmable logic, providing a fast and comprehensive RF-to-digital signal chain prototyping platform for wireless communications, wired access, electronic warfare (EW)/radar, and other high-performance RF applications.
The kit supports 8 12-bit 4.096 GSPS RF-ADCs, 8 14-bit 6.554 GSPS RF-DACs, and 8 soft-decision forward error correction (SD-FEC) units. It integrates a quad-core Arm® Cortex®-A53 application processor and a dual-core Cortex-R5 real-time processor, making it the industry’s first solution to integrate multi-channel RF data converters with a high-performance FPGA architecture and an ARM processor system on a single chip.
Model Description: The “J” suffix in the model number EK-U1-ZCU111-G-J indicates the Japanese version. This version does not include a power adapter; all other features are identical to the standard version.
