Functional description
The NINA-B41 series are small stand-alone BT low energy wireless modules with full BT 5.1 functionality. The NINA-B41 modules are based on the Nordic Semiconductor nRF52833 chipset, which includes an integrated RF core and powerful Arm® Cortex®-M4 with FPU processor, and operate in all Bluetooth 5.1 modes. The NINA-B41 module operates in all Bluetooth 5.1 modes.
With an operating temperature range of -40 to +105°C, the NINA-B41 module is ideal for demanding industrial or lighting applications that must operate in high-temperature environments. the NINA-B41 is also suitable for applications such as smart buildings, smart cities, industrial automation systems, sensor networks and asset tracking solutions.
The NINA-B416 BT 5.1 module features the powerful Arm Cortex-M4 with FPU and comes with u-connect software pre-installed. u-connect software in the NINA-B41 module supports the u-blox BT Low Energy Serial Port Service, GATT clients and servers, beacons, NFC™ as well as peripheral and hub roles, all of which can be accessed from the host via AT commands. The NINA-B416 module offers top level security thanks to the Secure Boot feature, which ensures that the module is booted using only the original u-blox software.
The NINA-B416 module has an internal PCB antenna integrated on the PCB board. The internal antenna is designed for a wide range of embedded devices.
