Supply Current Sensor IC, Supply Melexis Conventional Hall Current Sensors, IMC-Hall Current Sensors
Shenzhen Mingjiada Electronics Co., Ltd.——Long-term supply of [Melexis] current sensor ICs, including traditional Hall current sensors and IMC-Hall® current sensors, etc. Mingjiada Electronics is committed to providing customers with high-quality electronic components and professional services, the company supports a variety of procurement methods, including The company supports a variety of purchasing methods, including small samples and large orders, and relies on an efficient logistics system to ensure rapid delivery of products.
Melexis current sensors are supplied by Mingjiada Electronics, the relevant information is shown as follows:
I. Conventional Hall Current Sensors (Non-contact Isolated Measurement)
Principle: The Hall effect is utilised. Current flowing through a conductor generates a magnetic field, and the Hall element located in the magnetic field generates a voltage signal proportional to the strength of the magnetic field (i.e., the magnitude of the current).
Advantages: Electrical isolation of the current path from the measurement circuit, no power loss (magnetic ring solution), measurement of large currents.
Mingjiada Supply Series:
MLX91205/91206 Series: Classic open-loop Hall current sensors for cost-sensitive applications (e.g., home appliances, industrial control) with a wide range of sensitivity and package options.
MLX91210/91211 Series: High performance open loop Hall sensors with lower noise and higher accuracy, commonly used in automotive applications (e.g. battery management, OBC).
II. IMC-Hall® Current Sensors
Principle: IMC-Hall® is a revolutionary technology from Melexis. It combines an ‘Integrated Flux Concentrator’ with a Hall element monolithically integrated into a standard semiconductor package. The IMC structure efficiently concentrates and directs the magnetic field generated by the current under test perpendicular to the chip surface and significantly increases the magnetic field strength acting on the Hall element.
Benefits:
Ultra-high sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio: The IMC structure dramatically increases the effective magnetic field to achieve sensitivity far beyond that of conventional Halls.
Extremely low temperature drift: Advanced compensation techniques ensure measurement stability.
Ultra-high bandwidth: Typical bandwidths of hundreds of kHz (e.g. 250kHz for the MLX91208) meet the needs of modern high-frequency switching applications.
Mingjiada highlights:
MLX91208 Series: The benchmark in IMC-Hall® technology. Offers multiple sensitivity options (e.g., 40mV/A, 50mV/A, 60mV/A, 100mV/A, 200mV/A), ±50A to ±2000A range, ultra-high bandwidth (250kHz), excellent accuracy, and temperature drift performance.
MLX91216/MLX91217 Series: High-performance IMC-Hall®-based current sensors with differential analogue output for enhanced immunity, especially suitable for high-noise environments (e.g. automotive main drive inverters).
MLX91218 Series: The latest generation of IMC-Hall® sensors offers higher bandwidth (> 1MHz), faster response time (< 1μs) and better accuracy/temperature drift for cutting-edge high-performance applications.
MLX91220 Series: Designed for ultra-high accuracy requirements, the MLX91220 Series offers industry-leading accuracy ratings (typical total error < 0.8% @ 25°C, < 2% @ -40~150°C) and extremely low temperature drift.
