Description

The ST25DV16KC-JF6D3 device provides 16 Kbit electrically erasable programmable memory (EEPROM) for NFC RFID tags.The ST25DV16KC provides two interfaces. The first is an I2C serial link that can be operated from a DC power supply. The second is an RF link, which is activated when the ST25DV16KC is used as a contactless memory, which is powered by the received electromagnetic wave carrier.
