IKW75N65EH5 Description:

The Infineon TRENCHSTOP™ 5 H5 (High Speed 5) IGBT is a high-speed device designed for ultimate efficiency for applications with switching rates greater than 30 kHz. This High Speed 5 IGBT features TRENCHSTOP™ 5 technology with an integrated RAPID 1 fast flexible reverse parallel diode.

Typical applications include UPS, welding converters, solar array inverters and medium to high frequency switching inverters.
