The EVAL-PS-DP-MAIN-M5 is a universal evaluation platform designed for use with EiceDRIVER™ gate driver IC daughter cards. It supports switching characteristic testing for SiC MOSFETs or IGBTs in TO-247 and TO-247 PLUS packages.

For silicon carbide (SiC) technology applications, the EVAL-1ED314xMC12HSIC series evaluation boards are specifically designed to evaluate the 1ED314xMC12H isolated gate driver IC in half-bridge circuits.

These evaluation boards feature electrically isolated on-board power supplies driven by the EiceDRIVER™ Power 2EP130R transformer driver IC. By swapping the gate driver IC, they can also evaluate other ICs within the 1ED314xMC12H series.

The EVAL-FFXMR20KM1HDR evaluation board utilises the EiceDRIVER™ 1ED38x0Mc12M digital driver circuit, with parameters flexibly configurable via I2C-BUS. The board can be optimised for different applications without altering the hardware design.
