Infineon LTE (4G) and 5G Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI) LNA MMICs are designed to optimize the sensitivity of mobile cellular systems. These MMICs contain gain-switching, biasing, and matching circuitry, and thus allow easy implementation into the RF design. The Infineon portfolio includes a wide variety of solutions from single to quad LNAs in very small standard IC packages optimized for standard cellular frequency bands to address customer needs, including high-linearity LNAs with bypass enable 4 x 4 MIMO reception with high power transmit signals.
