  • 128 KB-1 MB Flash memory supports fast access with high reliability and Level 4 security protection
  • 48-128 KB SRAM
  • FlexMemory: 32 bytes - 16 KB user segmentable byte write/erase EEPROM for datasheet/system data. EEPROM that can be erased more than 10M times and Flash memory with a write time of only 70 µs (no data loss or corruption in the event of a power failure). Programming and erasing functions can be performed without user or system intervention, and the device remains fully operational down to an operating voltage of 1.71V. In addition, the 128 KB FlexNVM can be used for additional program code, data or EEPROM backup.

  • Analog reference voltage provides an accurate reference for analog modules, ADCs and DACs, replacing external reference voltages and reducing system cost

  • Up to 16 channels of DMA for peripherals and memory to reduce CPU load and enable faster system throughput
  • Cross switches support concurrent multi-master device bus accesses for increased bus bandwidth
  • Separate flash banks allow concurrent execution of code and firmware updates without compromising performance or requiring complex coding routines
