Product Description
FNB34060T6 is an advanced sporty SPM 3 module that provides a full-featured, high-performance inverter output stage for AC induction, BLDC, and PMSM motors. These modules integrate optimized gate drives with built-in IGBTs to minimize EMI and losses, while also providing multiple ON module protection features including undervoltage lock, overcurrent shutdown, thermal monitoring of the driver IC, and fault reporting. The built-in high-speed HVIC requires only a single supply voltage and converts the input logic level GATE input into a high voltage, high current drive signal to properly drive the module's internal IGBT. Each phase has a separate IGBT negative terminal to support the widest range of control algorithms.
