2. QPA2211: Ka-band GaN power amplifier, manufactured using a 0.15µm silicon carbide-based gallium nitride process, with a frequency range of 27.5–31GHz, 5W linear power, 24dB small-signal gain, and an intermodulation distortion product (IMDP) of less than -25dBc. It features a 15.2mm x 15.2mm x 3.5mm bolt-down package with a copper base for excellent thermal management, making it suitable for satellite communications and 5G infrastructure applications.
3. QPA9822: A linear amplifier specifically designed for 5G, with a frequency range of 3.3–4.2 GHz, a bandwidth of up to 530 MHz, a gain of 39 dB, and a peak power of +29 dBm. It utilises a 16-pin 3×3 mm micro-package, is pin-compatible with existing products, and is suitable for 5G NR and massive MIMO systems, enabling seamless upgrades to existing 5G base station equipment.
4. QPA1314: GaN power amplifier with 40W output power, 27dB high-signal gain and 30% efficiency, suitable for high-power applications such as high-frequency transmission and radar.
