Renesas RA0L1 Series Microcontrollers (MCUs)
The RA0L1 series is the first product in the RA0 MCU series to feature capacitive touch functionality. Based on the Arm® Cortex®-M23 core, this product offers low-power characteristics and optimised peripherals, reducing BOM costs and simplifying the design process, making it ideal for the entry-level MCU market. The RA0L1 series supports up to 64KB of code flash memory, 16KB of SRAM, a wide operating voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V, and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The RA0 series is well-suited for cost-effective applications such as low-power, low-cost consumer electronics, small appliance system control, industrial system control and building automation.
