The RA0E2 product family comprises basic, simple microcontrollers (MCUs) within the RA0 series entry-level range, offering excellent cost-effectiveness and ultra-low power consumption. Furthermore, this family expands upon the ROM and pin configuration of the RA0E1 series and is highly compatible with the RA0E1 product family. The devices utilise the Arm® Cortex®-M23 core, delivering high CPU performance at frequencies up to 32 MHz. They feature up to 128 KB of embedded flash memory and 16 KB of SRAM, and support a wide operating temperature range of -40 to 125°C. The RA0 series is ideal for cost-sensitive applications such as low-power, low-cost consumer electronics, small appliance system control, industrial system control and building automation.
