The RH850/F1KM-S1 is the entry-level model of the F1KM series, designed for economical body electronics applications. With a 32-bit single-chip architecture, operating frequency up to 120MHz, internal flash memory ranging from 512KB to 1MB, and package options covering 48 to 100 pins, this model is suitable for space-constrained application scenarios.
