Product Description

The QPF4730TR13 integrates a 5GHz to 7GHz power amplifier (PA), a single-pole, double-throw switch (SP2T), and a bypassable low-noise amplifier (LNA) in a single package. the QPF4730's compact form factor and integrated matching minimise the layout area in a design. Optimised for performance, the device features a power amplifier that operates at 3.3V to reduce power consumption while maintaining the highest linear output power and leading throughput. This can be done over a wide bandwidth, enabling operation on all channels from UNII5-8 (5.1GHz to 7.1GHz) without any logic switching.

The QPF4730TR13 FEM includes core-level filters for the second and third harmonics and 2.4 GHz rejection for DBDC operation. A wideband logarithmic voltage detector is provided for application feedback.

The Qorvo QPF4730TR13 Wi-Fi 6E FEM is available in a compact 16-pad laminated package that is halogen-free, lead-free, and RoHS compliant.
