[ST] STM32U5 Series Ultra-Low-Power 32-bit Microcontrollers (MCUs)
The STM32U5 series offers advanced, energy-efficient microcontrollers based on the Arm® Cortex®-M33, designed to meet the most demanding power and performance requirements of smart applications, including wearable devices, HMIs, personal medical devices, home automation and industrial sensors.
The STM32U5 series microcontrollers integrate up to 4 MB of on-chip Flash memory (dual-sector) and 3 MB of SRAM, featuring advanced graphics processing capabilities that take performance to new heights.
With higher integration and greater memory capacity, the STM32U5 series maximises performance. This series is the first 32-bit ultra-low-power MCU to integrate up to 4 MB of Flash memory.

STM32U575/585 – Up to 2048 KB of Flash memory and 786 KB of RAM, with encryption capabilities.

STM32U599/5A9 – Up to 4 MB of Flash memory and 2,514 KB of RAM, with an integrated Neochrom GPU providing advanced graphics processing capabilities, encryption capabilities, and TFT-LCD and DSI display interfaces.
STM32U5F7/5G7 – Up to 4 MB of Flash memory and 3 MB of RAM, with an integrated Neochrom vector graphics GPU providing advanced graphics processing capabilities, in a 100-pin LQFP package, featuring cryptographic capabilities and a TFT-LCD display interface.
