STM32H743VGT6 is based on a high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M7 32-bit RISC core operating at up to 480 MHz. The Cortex®-M7 core incorporates a Floating-Point Unit (FPU), supporting Arm® double-precision (IEEE 754 compliant) and single-precision data processing instructions and data types. The STM32H743VGT6 supports a complete set of DSP instructions and a Memory Protection Unit (MPU) designed to enhance application security.

 

The STM32H743VGT6 integrates high-speed embedded memory, featuring up to 2 MB of dual-zone Flash memory, up to 1 MB of RAM (including 192 KB of TCM RAM, up to 864 KB of user SRAM, and 4 KB of backup SRAM), and extensive connectivity via APB bus, AHB bus, enhanced I/O and peripherals connected to the APB bus, AHB bus, and two 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrices, alongside multi-layer AXI interconnects supporting both internal and external memory access.

 

The STM32H743VGT6 incorporates 3 ADCs, 2 DACs, 2 ultra-low-power comparators, 1 low-power RTC, 1 high-resolution timer, 12 general-purpose 16-bit timers, 2 PWM timers for motor control, 5 low-power timers, and 1 true random number generator (RNG). The STM32H743VGT6 supports four digital filters for external Sigma-Delta modulators (DFSDM). Furthermore, it incorporates standard and advanced communication interfaces.
