Device Description
The AWR6843ABGABLRQ1 device is an integrated, single-chip millimeter-wave sensor based on FMCW radar technology capable of operating in the 60GHz to 64GHz band. The device is fabricated on TI's low-power 45nm RFCMOS process and offers excellent integration in an ultra-small package. It is an ideal solution for low-power, self-monitoring, ultra-accurate radar systems in the automotive sector. A variety of automotive-compliant models are available, including functional safety-compliant and non-functional safety devices.
