Overview

The TRF1208 is an ultra-high performance RF amplifier optimized for radio frequency (RF) applications. This device is ideal for AC coupling applications that require single-ended to differential conversion when driving high performance analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) such as the ADC12DJ5200RF. On-chip matching components simplify printed circuit board (PCB) implementations and provide the highest performance within the available bandwidth. The device is manufactured using Texas Instruments' (TI) advanced complementary BiCMOS process and is packaged in a space-saving WQFN-FCRLF package.

It is powered by a monorail power supply and consumes about 138 mA of effective current. The power off function also helps to save energy.
