TMPM3HLFDAUG (MPM3H Group) is microcontrollers which contain 256KB to 512KB of code Flash memory, 32KB of data Flash memory and 64KB of RAM, and are deploying the package of 64 pins.

TMPM3HLFDAUG have compatible function with existing products. Maximum operation frequency of CPU core is higher from 80MHz to 120MHz. Maximum operation temperature is higher from 85 °C to 150 °C. Frequency of internal oscillator is higher accuracy than before. AD converter (ADC) function is improved.

TMPM3HLFDAUG can be widely used for consumer and industry equipment such as home appliance, OA equipment, AV equipment and housing and facility equipment, etc. They can be used for motor control equipment, too.
