Product Description
HDC3020DEFR is an integrated capacitive relative humidity (RH) and temperature sensor. It provides highly accurate measurements over a wide power supply range (1.62 V - 5.5 V) with ultra-low power consumption in a compact 2.5 mm × 2.5 mm package. Both the temperature and humidity sensors are 100% tested and fine-tuned in production units. Calibration is in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025. An offset error correction feature reduces the offset of the RH sensor due to aging and exposure to extreme operating conditions.
