The TPS2HB50-Q1 dual-channel smart high-side switch is designed for use in 12V automotive systems. The device features reliable protection and diagnostics to ensure that the output ports are protected in the event of a harmful event, such as a short circuit within the automotive system. The device prevents malfunctions through reliable current limiting, which is adjustable from 2A to 18A, depending on the device model. The TPS2HB50-Q1 also provides high-precision analogue current sensing for improved load diagnostics.
