OPA2350EA rail-to-rail CMOS operational amplifier is optimised for low-voltage single-supply operation. Rail-to-rail input and output, low noise (5nV/√Hz), and high-speed operation (38MHz, 22V/µs) make the OPA2350EA operational amplifier ideal for driving analogue-to-digital (A/D) converters. Additionally, the OPA2350EA is suitable for mobile phone power amplifier (PA) control loops, video processing (75Ω drive capability), and audio and general-purpose applications.

OPA2350EA operates on a single supply voltage as low as 2.5V, with an input common-mode voltage range from 300mV below ground to 300mV above the positive supply. With a 10kΩ load, the output voltage can swing within 10mV of the supply rail. The OPA2350EA dual-channel design features fully independent circuits, minimising crosstalk and completely eliminating interaction.

OPA2350EA dual-channel is available in a miniature MSOP-8 surface-mount package, with a rated temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and an operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
