The chipset sets a benchmark in current density, short circuit ruggedness (singular event), high blocking voltage and reduced switching losses. It enables compact designs and helps to improve system efficiency,allowing at the same time reliable operation under harsh environmental conditions. It is qualified for automotive applications.
