STM32F767NGH6 32-bit MCU+FPU is based on the high-performance ARM® Cortex-M7 32-bit RISC core® and operates at up to 216 MHz. The Cortex®-M7 core has single floating point unit (SFPU) precision and supports all ARM® single precision data processing instructions and data types. A full set of DSP instructions and a Memory Protection Unit (MPU) are executed simultaneously to enhance application security.
