LTM4702EY is a third-generation Silent Switcher® ultra-low-noise, fully integrated synchronous buck µModule power supply module, designed specifically for high-current, low-noise point-of-load power supply applications in humanoid robot AI coprocessors, FPGA cores, stereo depth cameras, high-precision torque sensors and six-axis IMUs.

LTM4702EY integrates current-mode controller, power MOSFETs, power inductor and proprietary internal hot-loop bypass capacitors inside a compact 6.25mm×6.25mm×5.07mm 49-ball BGA package, requiring only small external bulk input/output capacitors to complete power design.
