The ADUM341E0WBRWZ is a quad-channel digital isolator utilizing iCoupler® technology that combines high-speed CMOS with back-to-back monolithic air core transformer technology. These components deliver exceptional performance and comply with CISPR 32/EN 55032 Class B limits at 5 Mbps. Maximum propagation delay is 10 ns with pulse width distortion under 3 ns at 5V operation, featuring tight channel matching of 3.0 ns maximum.
