The LTC7000ARMSE-1 is a high-side N-channel MOS gate driver IC rated for up to 150V, operating with an input voltage range of 3.5 to 135V. It features an integrated charge pump that eliminates the need for bootstrapping, enabling it to drive external high-voltage NMOS devices as static power switches at full duty cycle for extended periods.
