LTC7060EMSE is a 100V symmetric floating half-bridge N-MOS/GaN gate driver, specifically designed as a power stage companion for LTC7871 six-phase bidirectional buck-boost controller in high-power 48V lithium battery powered humanoid robots. LTC7060EMSE drives high-side and low-side power FETs for bidirectional energy conversion between 48V main battery bus and 12V servo auxiliary rail, as well as BLDC joint motor full-bridge drive circuits.
