The VN7003ALHTR is a single channel high-side driver manufactured using ST proprietary VIPower® technology and housed in the Octapak package. Designed for 12V automotive grounded loads, it features a 3V and 5V CMOS compatible interface with comprehensive protection and diagnostic capabilities.
